Cal fer-ho possible!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"gb-grid-wrapper gb-grid-wrapper-a2a736f9\">\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-47c8097c\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-47c8097c\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<p><strong>CCOO<\/strong> va participar activament en la negociaci\u00f3 pel desplegament de la modalitat de teletreball a la nostra organitzaci\u00f3 que es va concretar en un Acord aprovat pel Ple del 14 de desembre de 2021 i que finalment no vam subscriure per considerar-lo insuficient i contrari als interessos de les persones treballadores.<\/p>\n<p>El passat dia 8 de novembre el Departament de Recursos Humans ens cita per comunicar-nos la situaci\u00f3 en qu\u00e8 es troba en aquests moments la implantaci\u00f3 del teletreball a l\u2019Ajuntament de Sabadell.<\/p>\n<p>Recentment s\u2019ha elaborat el protocol de posada en marxa (models d\u2019autoritzaci\u00f3, pla de treball individual i avaluaci\u00f3 del compliment normalitzat) iniciant una prova pilot a l\u2019octubre amb unitats redu\u00efdes que ha afectat unes 53 treballadores municipals.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No es planteja fer estudi de llocs teletreballables (art. 65 conveni vigent) sin\u00f3 que unilateralment es decidir\u00e0 un cop la treballadora sol\u00b7liciti l\u2019autoritzaci\u00f3 i el seu cap doni el vistiplau. Creiem que s\u2019imposar\u00e0 un model de tipus discrecional m\u00e9s que basat en raons organitzatives i de funcionament.<\/li>\n<li>No es planteja la compra de material inform\u00e0tic fins que no hi hagi la contractaci\u00f3 dels servidors i aquesta licitaci\u00f3 recordem que ha quedat recentment deserta. Per tant, haur\u00e0 de ser la treballadora qui haur\u00e0 d\u2019aportar el seu propi material inform\u00e0tic amb un termini incert. Incomplint la llei un cop m\u00e9s per part de l\u2019administraci\u00f3 (art. 47bis del TREBEP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquesta prova pilot tindr\u00e0 un per\u00edode d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 que finalitzar\u00e0 a finals d\u2019any. Podent-se iniciar, segons RH, el procediment de peticions pel conjunt de la plantilla municipal a partir de la segona quinzena de gener.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cada departament tindr\u00e0 una persona referent de teletreball per recollir les sol\u00b7licituds i resoldre dubtes per tal de, inicialment, no col\u00b7lapsar al departament de RH.<\/p>\n<p>Demanem a l\u2019Ajuntament que acceleri i repensi la seva postura vers al teletreball. Ens trobem en un context de crisi energ\u00e8tica cr\u00edtica, amb un pla d\u2019estalvi i una recomanaci\u00f3 del govern espanyol de teletreball a l\u2019administraci\u00f3 i a les grans empreses que ha de contribuir a la reducci\u00f3 dels despla\u00e7aments i del consum dels edificis amb mentalitat similar a la de la pand\u00e8mia.
