Defensem el nostre conveni!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"gb-grid-wrapper gb-grid-wrapper-ba9d217c\">\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-c5b99869\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-c5b99869\"><div class=\"gb-inside-container\">\n\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">El conjunt de la representaci\u00f3 sindical de l\u2019Ajuntament de Sabadell ens manifestarem en el\u00a0<strong>Ple municipal<\/strong>\u00a0del proper\u00a0<strong>dimarts, 8 de novembre a les 17:00 h<\/strong>, demanant una soluci\u00f3 per resoldre el tema de la suspensi\u00f3 de l\u2019article 19 i l\u2019apartat B de l\u2019annex II del vigent Acord (relatius als incentius a la prejubilaci\u00f3 i a la paga de productivitat als 25 i 35 anys).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019actitud de l\u2019equip de govern continua sent donar llargues i no respondre als plantejaments fets per la part sindical de mantenir els drets que recull el conveni. Considerem aquesta actitud desproporcionada, d\u2019una manca evident de responsabilitat i de no voler complir all\u00f2 que es va signar en el seu moment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">La soluci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica proposada per part de l\u2019Ajuntament \u00e9s insuficient i vinculada a una caducitat, per tant, un acord sense ultraactivitat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00c9s per tot aix\u00f2 que us convoquem, tal i com es va acordar a l\u2019Assemblea general de treballadores i treballadors del passat 20 d\u2019octubre, a manifestar-nos en aquest proper Ple
