\u00e9s m\u00e9s greu no hi ha cap voluntat pol\u00edtica de fer un de nou.<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>\u00c9s una obligaci\u00f3 legal<\/strong><\/span> a totes les administracions p\u00fabliques des de l\u2019any 2007, i \u00e9s molt important per implementar mesures que respectin la igualtat de tracte i oportunitats a l\u2019\u00e0mbit laboral i per adoptar mesures dirigides a evitar qualsevol mena de discriminaci\u00f3 laboral entre dones i homes.<\/p>\n<p>La igualtat de tracte i d\u2019oportunitats entre dones i homes \u00e9s un dret b\u00e0sic de les persones treballadores i aix\u00ed ho recull el Reial Decret Llei 6\/2019 on s\u2019estableixen les regles b\u00e0siques i imprescindibles dels Plans d\u2019Igualtat posant el focus en la bretxa salarial<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>Continguts dels Plans d\u2019Igualtat:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Processos de selecci\u00f3 i contractaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Classificaci\u00f3 professional<\/li>\n<li>Formaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Promoci\u00f3 professional<\/li>\n<li>Condicions de treball<\/li>\n<li>Retribucions i Auditoria salarial<\/li>\n<li>Bretxa salarial entre dones i homes<\/li>\n<li>Prevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019assetjament sexual i per ra\u00f3 de sexe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>Exigim l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 del nou Pla d\u2019Igualtat a l\u2019Ajuntament de Sabadell tenint en compte la realitat actual de la plantilla, els centres de treball i tots els nivells jer\u00e0rquics de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n<h3><strong>REGISTRE RETRIBUTIU. <span style=\"color: #800080\"><u>NO existeix a l\u2019Ajuntament de Sabadell<\/u><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el registre retributiu:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s un document, no nominatiu, on es recull tota la informaci\u00f3 salarial de l\u2019empresa de forma detallada i segregada per sexes.<\/p>\n<p>Ha d\u2019incloure tota la informaci\u00f3 sobre les retribucions, incloent-hi personal directiu i alts c\u00e0rrecs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s obligatori disposar del registre retributiu des del mes d\u2019abril del 2021, data de l\u2019entrada en vigor del Reial Decret 902\/2020.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>Concepte relatiu a la igualtat retributiva:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Principi de transpar\u00e8ncia retributiva:<\/strong> registre i auditories retributives i valoracions de llocs de treball<\/li>\n<li><strong>Treball d\u2019igual valor: <\/strong>quan la naturalesa de les funcions professionals o de formaci\u00f3 exigides per al seu exercici siguin equivalents<\/li>\n<li><strong>Discriminaci\u00f3 retributiva: <\/strong>quan s\u2019exerceix un treball d\u2019igual valor i es percep una retribuci\u00f3 inferior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>Exigim l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019un Registre retributiu. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>MESURES DE CONCILIACI\u00d3 VIDA LABORAL I FAMILIAR <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>A l\u2019Acord de Condicions i Conveni de l\u2019Ajuntament<\/strong> s\u2019estableixen tot un seguit de mesures i permisos per a la conciliaci\u00f3 de la vida laboral i familiar.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>Podr\u00edem dir que aprovem la te\u00f2rica d\u2019acord amb les lleis, per\u00f2 suspenem clarament la pr\u00e0ctica.<\/strong> <\/span>Quan alguna persona treballadora de l\u2019Ajuntament necessita alguna d\u2019aquestes mesures, el seu servei i recursos humans li demanen tants justificants i requisits que fan impracticable poder gaudir d\u2019aquesta mesura amb la urg\u00e8ncia que requereix les situacions familiars, moltes vegades, sobrevingudes.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi ha casos en els quals, tot i presentar la documentaci\u00f3 requerida, se li denega sistem\u00e0ticament.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>No \u00e9s un caprici, \u00e9s una necessitat<\/strong>.<\/span> Les mesures de conciliaci\u00f3 serveixen per construir una societat i unes organitzacions basades en la qualitat de vida de les persones. \u00c9s una eina fonamental en la gesti\u00f3 de recursos humans, i tamb\u00e9 una inversi\u00f3 que millora el clima laboral.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>Exigim mesures de conciliaci\u00f3 laboral i personal reals i efectives a l\u2019Ajuntament de Sabadell.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center
