Sense cap mena d\u2019avis al personal afectat i sense consultar al Servei de Prevenci\u00f3, fet encara m\u00e9s greu, l\u2019Ajuntament ha decidit que es tapin les finestres de diverses oficines municipals (Secretaria, Comunicaci\u00f3&#8230;) sense tenir en compte que hi ha personal que treballa al darrere i a sobre incomplint clarament la normativa en aspectes importants per la salut del personal municipal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Incompliment de les disposicions m\u00ednimes de seguretat i salut als llocs de treball<\/strong> respecte a la il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3, at\u00e8s que s\u2019ha tapat completament la finestra amb una lona que impedeix que entri la llum natural i l\u2019artificial no \u00e9s suficient<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incompliment de les mesures de ventilaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ries dels llocs de treball per reduir i prevenir el risc de contagi de la COVID-19<\/strong>. Aquest dret suposa l\u2019exist\u00e8ncia d\u2019un correlatiu deure de l\u2019empresari de protecci\u00f3 davant dels riscos laborals.
