L&#8217;acord s&#8217;ha publicat aquest 7 de juliol, <a href=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/144\/2021\/07\/boe-a-2021-11233.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RDL 14\/2021<\/a>, i es vigent a partir del dia seg\u00fcent. Fem un resum dels elements m\u00e9s importants.<\/p>\n<p>Des de <span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>CCOO<\/strong><\/span> valorem positivament l\u2019acord que continua possibilitant la convocat\u00f2ria de les places ocupades i permet rebaixar la temporalitat al nostre Ajuntament. Sempre hem informat que la legislaci\u00f3 actual no permet mai processos de conversaci\u00f3 autom\u00e0tics ni restringits. Aix\u00ed ho diu el Tribunal Constitucional i tamb\u00e9 les resolucions dels Tribunals Europeus. S\u2019assoleix una <strong>compensaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica<\/strong> a les <strong>situacions de frau<\/strong> per llarga perman\u00e8ncia en la situaci\u00f3 d\u2019interinatge quan no es superi el proc\u00e9s de consolidaci\u00f3. Encara que als Tribunals Europeus les insinuaven, \u00fanicament es podem reclamar demostrant un perjudici patrimonial (proc\u00e9s molt complicat amb resultats quasi inexistents). Tamb\u00e9 es garanteix una puntuaci\u00f3 dels <strong>m\u00e8rits del 40%<\/strong> que valorin majorit\u00e0riament l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia.
