Potser l&#8217;any 2021?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s una obligaci\u00f3 legal a totes les administracions p\u00fabliques des de l&#8217;any 2007. Una altra assignatura pendent a l&#8217;Ajuntament.<\/strong> Quan alg\u00fa demana alguna mesura de conciliaci\u00f3 ha d&#8217;armar-se de paci\u00e8ncia perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s com una gimcana d&#8217;obstacles que s&#8217;allarga en el temps i potser quan ho resolen, si \u00e9s que ho fan, la causa que la motiva, malauradament, ja no existeix!!<\/li>\n<li>Treball a dist\u00e0ncia o teletreball<\/li>\n<li>Processos de selecci\u00f3 i contractaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Classificaci\u00f3 professional<\/li>\n<li>Formaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Promoci\u00f3 professional<\/li>\n<li>Condicions de treball<\/li>\n<li>Auditoria retributiva\/Retribucions<\/li>\n<li>Infrarepresentaci\u00f3 femenina<\/li>\n<li>Prevenci\u00f3 de l&#8217;assentament sexual i per ra\u00f3 de sexe. Ara s&#8217;est\u00e0 fent la revisi\u00f3 del protocol de l&#8217;Ajuntament.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"tadv-color\"><strong>PROU EXCUSES, PROU DE DONAR LLI\u00c7ONS, PROU DE FUGIR D&#8217;ESTUDI.
