Teletreballar per for\u00e7a major per\u00f2 de manera m\u00e9s saludable"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>CRITERIS I RECOMANACIONS PREVENTIVES PER AL TELETREBALL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Des de dilluns 16 de mar\u00e7<\/strong>,\u00a0de manera precipitada i degut a la crisi sanit\u00e0ria, la majoria del personal de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Sabadell estem treballant de manera no presencial (quasi 700 persones amb pics de 900 persones connectades).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Disposar a corre-cuita que el personal treballi des de casa amb els seus propis mitjans, no \u00e9s exactament el que des d&#8217;aquesta Secci\u00f3 sindical\u00a0entenem com a teletreball. Ara b\u00e9, pot ser una bona oportunitat per adonar-nos de quins aspectes s\u00f3n imprescindibles incloure en una futura negociaci\u00f3 que es produir\u00e0 a l&#8217;Ajuntament.\u00a0<strong>Teletreballar si, per\u00f2 amb garanties!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">En qualsevol cas, ens toca treballar des de casa.
