{"id":6618,"date":"2019-12-30T00:01:00","date_gmt":"2019-12-29T23:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sabadell.ccoo.cat\/?p=6618"},"modified":"2019-12-30T00:01:00","modified_gmt":"2019-12-29T23:01:00","slug":"bon-acord-per-al-retorn-saludable-despres-duna-malaltia-greu-pel-personal-de-la-generalitat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/bon-acord-per-al-retorn-saludable-despres-duna-malaltia-greu-pel-personal-de-la-generalitat\/","title":{"rendered":"Bon acord per al retorn saludable despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una malaltia greu pel personal de la Generalitat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El passat mes de setembre, el Govern de la Generalitat va ratificar l&#8217;acord signat per l&#8217;\u00c0rea P\u00fablica de CCOO a la Mesa General de Negociaci\u00f3, pel qual els empleats i les empleades p\u00fabliques podran sol\u00b7licitar <strong>una adaptaci\u00f3 progressiva de la jornada laboral despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un tractament oncol\u00f2gic o d&#8217;una malaltia d&#8217;especial gravetat, amb una reducci\u00f3 de les hores de treball que no comportar\u00e0 cap disminuci\u00f3 de les retribucions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amb aquest acord es desenvolupa l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;aconseguir entorns laborals saludables i es dona compliment al dret a una protecci\u00f3 efica\u00e7 en mat\u00e8ria de seguretat i salut,<\/strong> per\u00f2, sobretot, s&#8217;avan\u00e7a en una protecci\u00f3 de la salut en el sentit m\u00e9s ampli, segons l&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut, entesa com un estat de benestar per poder desenvolupar les capacitats personals despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una situaci\u00f3 que pot haver estat molt traum\u00e0tica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S&#8217;han acordat les seg\u00fcents mesures:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adaptaci\u00f3 progressiva els tres primers mesos amb reducci\u00f3 del 50%, el 25% i el 10% de la jornada laboral, sense reducci\u00f3 retributiva<\/li>\n<li>Flexibilitat hor\u00e0ria d&#8217;un any despr\u00e9s de la finalitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 progressiva<\/li>\n<li>Compliment de la jornada en c\u00f2mput quinzenal<\/li>\n<li>Gaudiment de les vacances de l&#8217;any en curs fins al 50% a temps parcial, comptades per hores i no per dies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>CCOO<\/strong><\/span> ha sol\u00b7licitat, en el marc del Comit\u00e8 de Seguretat i Salut, acordar mesures d&#8217;aquestes caracter\u00edstiques pel personal municipal amb l&#8217;objectiu de que la reincorporaci\u00f3 al lloc de treball\u00a0 es faci d&#8217;una manera m\u00e9s saludable i sense que la persona afectada tingui m\u00e9s perjudicis per a la seva salut o que la reincorporaci\u00f3 sigui la causa d&#8217;una recaiguda.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>Esperem que l&#8217;Ajuntament sigui receptiu a la proposta presentada per CCOO i que puguem arribar a un bon acord <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"20\" src=\"http:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/144\/2019\/12\/sabadell.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6629\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n    \t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":5259,"featured_media":6621,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[41,15,24],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6618","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-2019-noticies","category-ccoo-informa","category-noticies","generate-columns","tablet-grid-50","mobile-grid-100","grid-parent","grid-33"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/6618","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/5259"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=6618"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/6618\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/6621"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=6618"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=6618"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=6618"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
