{"id":6512,"date":"2019-07-23T09:08:31","date_gmt":"2019-07-23T07:08:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sabadell.ccoo.cat\/?p=6512"},"modified":"2019-07-23T09:08:31","modified_gmt":"2019-07-23T07:08:31","slug":"interpretacio-de-larticle-16-3-del-conveni-zasca-destiu-de-recursos-humans-que-deixa-fora-a-un-munt-de-personal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/interpretacio-de-larticle-16-3-del-conveni-zasca-destiu-de-recursos-humans-que-deixa-fora-a-un-munt-de-personal\/","title":{"rendered":"Interpretaci\u00f3 de l\u2019article 16.3 del conveni: \u201cZasca d\u2019estiu de Recursos Humans que deixa fora a un munt de personal\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Com \u00e9s ben habitual, des de Recursos Humans es fan interpretacions \u201csui generis\u201d de temes de Conveni, moltes vegades sense tenir en compte el perjudici que aquestes poden significar al personal municipal.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300\"><strong>Denunciem p\u00fablicament una nova interpretaci\u00f3 restrictiva, en aquest cas de l\u2019article 16.3 (jornada partida) ja que significa un nou \u201cZASCA\u201d de Recursos Humans<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Aquesta interpretaci\u00f3 afecta a diversos col\u00b7lectius i treballadores individuals (Recaptaci\u00f3, Acci\u00f3 Social, SAC, etc.) que tot i tenir autoritzada la jornada intensiva durant l\u2019estiu Recursos Humans els ha excl\u00f2s directament i no els hi aplica.<\/p>\n<p>Des de CCOO no hi estem d\u2019acord amb la interpretaci\u00f3 restrictiva ja que l\u2019article 16.3 diu:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808000\"><strong><em>\u201cEn el cas que s\u2019autoritzi per part del servei la prestaci\u00f3 de serveis en r\u00e8gim de jornada intensiva durant l\u2019estiu, el nombre de tardes deixades de realitzar per aquesta circumst\u00e0ncia computaran com efectivament realitzades\u201d <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300\"><strong>Per tant entenem que s\u2019ha d\u2019abonar a tothom que estigui en la mateixa situaci\u00f3, sense excloure ning\u00fa!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Aquest tema s\u2019ha de solucionar ja i per aix\u00f2 des d\u2019aqu\u00ed demanem una reuni\u00f3 urgent amb la Regidora de l\u2019\u00c0rea de Recursos Humans Montserrat Gonzalez.<\/p>\n    \t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":5259,"featured_media":6514,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[41,15,24],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6512","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-2019-noticies","category-ccoo-informa","category-noticies","generate-columns","tablet-grid-50","mobile-grid-100","grid-parent","grid-33"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/6512","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/5259"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=6512"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/6512\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/6514"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=6512"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=6512"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=6512"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
