Com a CCOO demanem la presencia del regidor de RRHH a la negociaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>I no per un tema de falta de confian\u00e7a cap a alguns dels t\u00e8cnics de RRHH que estan a la negociaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 pensem que durant un proc\u00e9s de negociaci\u00f3 es necessita prendre decisions, o tancar acords que de vegades van m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del criteri t\u00e8cnic, i que dep\u00e8n de la l\u00ednia pol\u00edtica del govern municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Per negociar un conveni t\u00e8cnic que segueixi, fill per randa, el que diu la norma o la llei no cal negociar res, sin\u00f3 simplement agafar el TREBEP i altres normatives legals i aplicar-les.<\/p>\n<p>En el moment final de negociaci\u00f3 del conveni que ens trobem, on el mateix ajuntament ens ha marcat que en quinze dies hem de tancar-lo \u00e9s quan \u00e9s m\u00e9s necessari la presencia del regidor per acabar de prendre les decisions finals. Encara queden per concretar grans temes: durada del conveni, jornada partida professorat, paga d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia, valoraci\u00f3 de llocs de treball, gesti\u00f3 de permisos en la policia municipal, carrera administrativa, complements personals&#8230; S\u00f3n temes on la resposta per part de l\u2019Ajuntament no potser una resposta nom\u00e9s t\u00e8cnica, perqu\u00e8 si es aix\u00ed no s\u2019arribar\u00e0 a cap acord. La resposta i la soluci\u00f3 passa per una resposta pol\u00edtica, la qual nom\u00e9s pot donar-la l\u2019alcalde Maties Serracant o en el seu cas el regidor de RRHH Edu Navarro.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>CCOO exigeix la pres\u00e8ncia del regidor de recursos humans per desencallar la negociaci\u00f3, en cas contrari ens plantegem participar en la Mesa General de Negociaci\u00f3, nosaltres no estem per fer teatre!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #990000\"><b>Secci\u00f3 Sindical de CCOO.
