A l\u2019Acord hi ha una part fixa no condicionada i una altre part que ser\u00e0 d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 si l\u2019ajuntament compleix els objectius d\u2019estabilitat pressupost\u00e0ria, el deute i la regla de despesa respecte a l\u2019exercici anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Els requisit m\u00e9s important \u00e9s que l\u2019Ajuntament compleixi amb aquets requisits, i \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 que hem presentat una inst\u00e0ncia adre\u00e7ada al Secretari General de l\u2019Ajuntament en la qual li demanem que ens certifiqui el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<p>1. Si l\u2019Ajuntament ha assolit els objectius d\u2019estabilitat pressupost\u00e0ria, deute i despesa en l\u2019exercici 2017.<br \/>\n2. Si l\u2019Ajuntament ha obtingut super\u00e0vit pressupostari a l\u2019exercici 2017<br \/>\n3.
