Aix\u00ed l\u2019obliguen els tribunals. Per\u00f2 aquesta setmana el consell d\u2019administraci\u00f3 de l\u2019empresa (format per regidors) ha acordat no rec\u00f3rrer les sent\u00e8ncies que anul\u00b7len els acomiadaments. Per tant es d\u00f3na carpetada aix\u00ed a un conflicte laboral dins l\u2019empresa de promoci\u00f3 d\u2019habitatge p\u00fablic.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>D\u2019aquesta forma, es passa p\u00e0gina a la pol\u00e8mica sobre els set acomiadaments a l\u2019empresa municipal duts a terme a la part final de l\u2019anterior mandat. Es va prescindir de set llocs de feina (el 12,5 per cent de la plantilla). En alguns casos, amb gran pol\u00e8mica, perqu\u00e8 per exemple incloia una dona amb fill a c\u00e0rrec, una embarassada i diverses dones majors de 55 anys.<\/p>\n<p>En cinc dels casos es va arribar a un acord per rescindir el contracte laboral. Per\u00f2 dues treballadors no ho van acceptar i van anar a tribunals. Com ja va explicar iSabadell en el seu dia, el jutjat social va declarar nul l\u2019acomiadament per no ser comunicat en forma correcta als sindicats.<\/p>\n<p>Ara VIMUSA podia fer un recurs d\u2019apel\u00b7laci\u00f3 per\u00f2 s\u2019ha estimat oport\u00fa acatar la sent\u00e8ncia ja que segons explica l\u2019Ajuntament en una nota \u201chi ha molt poques possibilitats que aquests recursos prosperin si es presenten al Tribunal Superior de Just\u00edcia de Catalunya\u201c.
