Calen canvis organitzatius en profunditat"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;text-align: left\"><a style=\"clear: right;float: right;margin-bottom: 1em;margin-left: 1em\" href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-X0p2yXEVqRI\/VmgN3rbISdI\/AAAAAAAAEJw\/8vfyqabfMSI\/s1600\/tests_web.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-X0p2yXEVqRI\/VmgN3rbISdI\/AAAAAAAAEJw\/8vfyqabfMSI\/s1600\/tests_web.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>Despr\u00e9s de la decisi\u00f3 que divendres passat va prendre l&#8217;Ajuntament de Sabadell de suspendre el proc\u00e9s del concurs p\u00fablic de personal subaltern, cal dir que el fet \u00e9s molt greu, molt greu!<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">I tal qual ho varem manifestar a la reuni\u00f3 del mateix divendres amb el responsable de RRHH. Molt greu!<\/p>\n<p>Tal com se&#8217;ns diu a la <a href=\"https:\/\/app.box.com\/s\/sfzrnuz6zhgsttjdxx4dtgv1c2uuty5h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nota de premsa<\/a> que va fer p\u00fablica l&#8217;Ajuntament, la primera prova constava de dues parts (com moltes altres proves que s&#8217;han fet a l&#8217;Ajuntament) un exercici psicot\u00e8cnic i un sup\u00f2sit pr\u00e0ctic i, sembla ser, que \u00e9s en aquesta segona part de la prova on s&#8217;han detectat dos casos de possibles irregularitats en el proc\u00e9s per coincid\u00e8ncia de les respostes amb els criteris avaluadors del tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>Com a sindicat, el primer que varem manifestar \u00e9s que calia fer una investigaci\u00f3 per aclarir els fets, situaci\u00f3 que coincidia amb el que ens varen exposar per part de RRHH.<br \/>\nCal que aquesta investigaci\u00f3 \u00e9s faci amb total seriositat i portat-la fins al final per aclarir totalment els fets produ\u00efts i el com i el perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;han produ\u00eft. I haur\u00e0 de ser la pr\u00f2pia investigaci\u00f3 i dins del marc del Pla d&#8217;Integritat on l&#8217;Ajuntament caldr\u00e0 que prengui les decisions profundes en el si de l&#8217;estructura organitzativa de l&#8217;Ajuntament, perqu\u00e8 aquest fets, tant greus, no es tornin a produir mai m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>I si al final \u00e9s demostra que ha hagut filtracions, <span style=\"color: #990000\"><b>CCOO<\/b><\/span> demanar\u00e0 responsabilitats.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s el moment de renovar, \u00e9s el moment de ser m\u00e9s transparents i que fets com aquests no \u00e9s tornin a repetir mai m\u00e9s!!<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #990000;font-size: x-small\"><b>Secci\u00f3 Sindical de CCOO.
