Fent que es dupliquin, al nostre entendre, m\u00e9s comandaments.<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 continua sent excessius tant els sous dels c\u00e0rrecs de lliure designaci\u00f3 com tamb\u00e9 el nombre. Com podreu comprovar, no ho diem ara, sin\u00f3 des de fa molt de temps i nosaltres, mani qui mani, continuem mantenint el mateix criteri [<a href=\"http:\/\/ajsabadell-ccoo-retallades.blogspot.com.es\/2012\/04\/ccoo-informa-cocoholmes-5.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">llegit CocoHolmes-5<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 tampoc s\u2019ha creat un organigrama municipal que tingui relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019actual cartip\u00e0s municipal, ni amb el programa de govern que han pactat.<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 continua havent un exc\u00e9s de caps de secci\u00f3, caps de departament, caps d\u2019unitat, caps de programa, caps d\u2019administraci\u00f3, caps de negociat t\u00e8cnic, responsables t\u00e8cnic, coordinadors de districte&#8230; caps i m\u00e9s caps amb sous gens ni mica austers.<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s un organigrama municipal creat a la imatge de l\u2019anterior alcalde i equip de govern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>I per qu\u00e8 diem \u201ctranquil?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 ho som per naturalesa. La gent de comissions obreres som gent tranquil\u00b7la i pacient.<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 estem segurs que quan s\u2019hagi d\u2019aprovar la futura plantilla municipal, a comen\u00e7aments d\u2019any, tots aquest temes que sempre hem exposat ja estaran resolts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I sin\u00f3 \u201ctranquils\u201d que farem que altres es posin nerviosos.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000\">Secci\u00f3 Sindical de CCOO.
