{"id":11073,"date":"2023-06-27T14:23:13","date_gmt":"2023-06-27T12:23:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/?p=11073"},"modified":"2023-06-28T10:28:12","modified_gmt":"2023-06-28T08:28:12","slug":"despres-de-les-eleccions-municipals-ara-cal-determinar-el-personal-eventual-de-lajuntament","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/despres-de-les-eleccions-municipals-ara-cal-determinar-el-personal-eventual-de-lajuntament\/","title":{"rendered":"Despr\u00e9s de les Eleccions municipals, ara cal determinar el personal eventual de l&#8217;Ajuntament"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"gb-grid-wrapper gb-grid-wrapper-df7a69d6\">\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-10748df2\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-10748df2\">\n\n<p>Ahir en el Ple Municipal extraordinari es va aprovar el nombre i les retribucions del personal eventual per aquest mandat.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3 del govern ha estat la seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Creaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Assessor\/a de l\u2019Alcaldia<\/strong> amb unes retribucions de <strong>000 \u20ac<\/strong> bruts anuals dividits en 14 pagues mensuals per import de <strong>4.214,29 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Assessors del Govern. <\/strong>S\u2019estableixen 4 llocs de treball d\u2019aquestes caracter\u00edstiques, amb unes retribucions anuals de <strong>046,40 \u20ac<\/strong> dividits en 14 pagues mensuals per import de <strong>3.717,60 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Grups Municipals<\/strong>. Tots els grups disposen de personal eventual, 1 T\u00e8cnic assessor\/a i 1 Assessor\/a del Grup Municipal si la dedicaci\u00f3 \u00e9s a temps complet i si \u00e9s al 50% 2 llocs, tret del PSC que en aquest mandat tindr\u00e0 2 T\u00e8cnics assessors i 1 assessor al 100%, amb les seg\u00fcents retribucions:<\/li>\n<li><strong>T\u00e8cnics assessors de Grups Municipals<\/strong>: <strong>441,08 \u20ac<\/strong> bruts anuals dividits en 14 pagues mensuals per un import de <strong>2.317,22 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Assessor\/a de Grups Municipals<\/strong>: <strong>571,66 <\/strong>\u20ac bruts anuals dividits en 14 pagues mensuals per import de <strong>1.683,69 \u20ac,<\/strong> per la dedicaci\u00f3 del 100% i la part proporcional per a la dedicaci\u00f3 del 50%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00edndic\/a Municipal de Greuges <\/strong>amb unes retribucions de <strong>046,40 \u20ac<\/strong> dividits en 14 pagues mensuals per import de <strong>3.717,60 \u20ac<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-grid-column gb-grid-column-3177504c\"><div class=\"gb-container gb-container-3177504c\">\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/144\/2023\/06\/grup-psc-600.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/144\/2023\/06\/grup-psc-600-1024x512.jpg\" alt=\"Grup Psc 600\" class=\"wp-image-11081\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/144\/2023\/06\/grup-psc-600-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/144\/2023\/06\/grup-psc-600-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/144\/2023\/06\/grup-psc-600-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ccoo.app\/aj-sabadell\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/6\/files\/sites\/144\/2023\/06\/grup-psc-600.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>QUINA \u00c9S LA REPERCUSSI\u00d3 ECON\u00d2MICA AL PRESSUPOST MUNICIPAL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>El cost anual d\u2019aquest personal eventual \u00e9s de <strong>956.901,06 \u20ac,<\/strong> amb un increment net en el pressupost de <strong>93.940,40 \u20ac<\/strong> en el seg\u00fcent exercici (2024).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>I LA PREGUNTA DEL MILI\u00d3: COM ES FA EL FINAN\u00c7AMENT D\u2019AQUEST INCREMENT L\u2019ANY 2023?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Doncs amb l\u2019estalvi de les places vacants a la plantilla pressupostades i no cobertes fins a 30 de juny!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vet aqu\u00ed el motiu per no incrementar el personal de la plantilla en els serveis municipals que ja sabem i tenim const\u00e0ncia, per informes de prevenci\u00f3, que pateixen sobrec\u00e0rregues de feines i sobretot perqu\u00e8 es triga tant a cobrir les baixes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CCOO ja ho ha denunciat moltes vegades, la plantilla de personal s\u2019aprova a principis d\u2019anys amb m\u00e9s de 100 places vacants, per\u00f2 que estan pressupostades tot l\u2019any i el que no \u00e9s admissible \u00e9s que la plantilla hagi de treballar en unes condicions lamentables per manca de personal i de recursos, mentre els diners es destinen al personal eventual. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I aix\u00f2 nom\u00e9s \u00e9s la primera part, ara manca tota la part directiva de l\u2019Ajuntament amb els Coordinadors\/es d\u2019\u00c0rees, Coordinadors\/es adjunts, Caps Serveis&#8230; i com a novetat important la figura del Gerent.
