A principios de 2017, el Comit\u00e9 de Empresa de EIN lleg\u00f3 a un acuerdo con la direcci\u00f3n de la empresa para tener una mejora en nuestros horarios:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

El horario queda modificado de la siguiente forma:<\/div>\n
    \n
  • De lunes a jueves, el horario est\u00e1ndar ser\u00e1\u00a0de 9 a 18h<\/u>, con media hora para comer. Cada trabajador podr\u00e1 aplicar flexibilidad a su propio horario, de manera que las horas de entrada y salida podr\u00e1n desplazarse un m\u00e1ximo de media hora, y podr\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n aumentar el horario de comida de media a una hora. La condici\u00f3n ser\u00e1 que en todos los casos la dedicaci\u00f3n sea de 8,5h diarias. Algunos ejemplos de c\u00f3mo aplicar esta flexibilidad ser\u00edan:\n

    • De\u00a09.00h<\/u>\u00a0a\u00a018.00h<\/u>\u00a0con media hora para comer.<\/li>\n

    • Los viernes, el horario ser\u00e1 intensivo\u00a0de 9 a 15h<\/u>, una dedicaci\u00f3n total de 6h.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      El horario intensivo con tardes libres los viernes es una antigua reivindicaci\u00f3n de la plantilla de EIN, y estamos por tanto muy contentos de haber podido llegar a este acuerdo para que se aplique finalmente.<\/div>\n

      We want to remember that at the beginning of 2017, the works council of EIN agreed with the management of the company a improvement in our shifts.<\/div>\n

      Schedule is modified as follows:<\/div>\n
        \n
      • From Monday to Thursday, the standard time will be\u00a0from 9am to 6pm<\/u>, with a 30-minute lunch break. Each worker can apply flexibility to his \/ her own schedule, so the entry and exit time can be moved a maximum of half an hour, and you can also increase the lunch break time from 30 minutes to one hour. The condition will be that in all the cases the dedication is of 8.5h daily. Some examples of how to apply this flexibility would be:\n
          \n
        • From 9:00am to 6:00pm<\/u>\u00a0with half an hour lunch break.<\/li>\n
        • From 9:00am to 6:30pm<\/u>\u00a0with one hour lunch break.<\/li>\n
        • From 8:30am to 5:30pm<\/u>\u00a0with half an hour lunch break.<\/li>\n
        • etc\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • On Fridays, the schedule will be intensive\u00a0from 9am to 3pm<\/u>, a total dedication of 6h.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          The intensive schedule with free afternoons on Fridays is an old vindication of the EIN workforce, and we are therefore very happy to have been able to reach this agreement to be finally applied.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
