La representaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores, a trav\u00e9s del comit\u00e9 de empresa, ha llegado a un acuerdo con la direcci\u00f3n de la empresa para el calendario laboral 2018. El acuerdo lo firmamos en el \u00e1mbito del Tribunal Laboral de Catalunya (TLC).<\/p>\n

\u00abEl comit\u00e9 de empresa ha trabajado para llegar a este acuerdo, que nos diferencia como una de las \u00fanicas empresas del grupo con 40 horas de exceso de jornada con total libertad para su disfrute al largo del a\u00f1o.\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

En 2018, de acuerdo con el convenio colectivo de agencias de viajes, tenemos 15 d\u00edas festivos y 3 d\u00edas libranza por convenio:<\/p>\n

La compensaci\u00f3n del exceso de jornada<\/h3>\n

Tras contabilizar los d\u00edas laborables, nuestro exceso de jornada para el a\u00f1o de 2018 es de 40 horas.<\/p>\n

Para compensar esto, hemos acordado lo siguiente:<\/p>\n

    4 d\u00edas (32 horas) se a\u00f1adir\u00e1n como d\u00edas de libre disposici\u00f3n, adicionados al periodo de vacaciones.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Cada trabajador\/a tendr\u00e1 adem\u00e1s una bolsa de 8 horas para asuntos personales que deben disfrutar a lo largo del a\u00f1o natural. En el caso de que no se utilice durante el a\u00f1o se computar\u00e1n como pendiente de vacaciones 2018 y deber\u00e1n ser disfrutados hasta marzo de 2019.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Adem\u00e1s, antes del 15 de enero de 2018 todos los\/las trabajadores\/as recibir\u00e1n el saldo pendiente de d\u00edas de vacaciones correspondiente al a\u00f1o 2017, que se deber\u00e1n disfrutar hasta el 31 de marzo de 2018.<\/p>\n

    Las vacaciones o d\u00edas extras pendientes de 2018 se deber\u00e1n disfrutar hasta marzo de 2019.<\/p>\n

    Summary News<\/h3>\n

    \u00abOur workers\u2019 council and representatives have reached an agreement with the company for the working calendar 2018. The agreement was signed at the Labour Court of Catalonia (TLC).The agreement remains as following:
    \n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 As compensation for the 40 hours worked extra during the year we will have 4 days (32 hours) added as holidays
    \n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Each worker will also have 8 hours for personal matters that can be used throughout the calendar year 2018
    \n–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The remaining holidays and the 8 hours can be used latest until 31st of March 2019
