Para compensar esto, hemos acordado lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 d\u00edas adicionales de vacaciones en Navidad: 24 y\u00a0<u>31 de diciembre<\/u>.<\/li>\n<li>1 d\u00eda adicional de vacaciones a elegir libremente durante 2018, por lo que el n\u00famero de d\u00edas libres en total se incrementa a 24.<\/li>\n<li>El 11 de octubre, la v\u00edspera del festivo 12 de octubre, los miembros del equipo podr\u00e1n irse\u00a0<u>a las 15:00H<\/u>\u00a0despu\u00e9s de trabajar 6 horas. Aquellas personas que no pueden hacer jornada intensiva los viernes tendr\u00e1n 0,5 d\u00edas adicionales de libre elecci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El calendario laboral 2018 ya est\u00e1 disponible.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de duda, por favor no dudes en contactarnos a\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ein@ccoo.cat\">ein@ccoo.cat<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ccooagencias.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/2018-EIN.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7066 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ccooagencias.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/2018-EIN.png\" alt=\"calendario 2018 EIN\" width=\"728\" height=\"1290\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We are happy to announce that we have reached an agreement with the management of the company for the 2018 work calendar for eDreams International Network (EIN) workers &#8211; i.e. almost all based in the Bail\u00e9n and Diputaci\u00f3 offices.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, according to the standard work schedule, we would work 27 more hours than the established by our collective agreement. To compensate this, we have agreed the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 additional days of holidays at Christmas time:\u00a0<u>December 24<\/u>\u00a0and 31.<\/li>\n<li>1 additional day of holidays to choose freely during 2018. Thus the number of days off in 2018 will be increased up to 24.<\/li>\n<li>On October 11, the eve of the October 12 bank holiday, team members will be able to leave\u00a0<u>at 15:00H<\/u>after working 6 hours.
