No os hemos informado antes, porque el comienzo de comunicaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n con la empresa fue algo espeso, ya que solo recib\u00edamos negativas incluso a la hora de solicitar derechos b\u00e1sicos. Por ello, presentamos una instancia ante el Tribunal Laboral de Catalu\u00f1a (TLC) cuyo acto de conciliaci\u00f3n se celebr\u00f3 el d\u00eda 18 de octubre. El TLC es una instituci\u00f3n que ayuda a resolver problemas y conflictos antes de tener que hacer uso del sistema judicial. Estamos muy contentos de poder comunicaros que hemos tenido una reuni\u00f3n muy fruct\u00edfera en el TLC, de la que salimos con muchos \u00e1nimos para empezar nuestro trabajo.
