{"id":3454,"date":"2022-11-14T17:01:43","date_gmt":"2022-11-14T16:01:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/7itria\/?p=3454"},"modified":"2023-07-20T10:26:24","modified_gmt":"2023-07-20T08:26:24","slug":"conveni-del-lleureno-anem-be","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccoo.app\/7itria\/conveni-del-lleureno-anem-be\/","title":{"rendered":"Conveni del Lleure: No anem b\u00e9!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dimarts, dia <strong>25 d\u2019octubre<\/strong>, vam tenir reuni\u00f3 de la Comissi\u00f3 Negociadora del IV Conveni Col\u00b7lectiu del sector del Lleure Educatiu i Sociocultural. Des d\u2019abans de l\u2019estiu les patronals tenen la proposta sindical per abordar el tancament definitiu del Conveni amb millores socials i l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de la <strong>Reforma Laboral<\/strong> al sector. Aquest dimarts passat, despr\u00e9s de mesos d\u2019espera per part dels sindicats, les patronals ens van presentar el que consideren que s\u2019ha de tractar per tancar el 4t Conveni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019entrada, en la <strong>proposta patronal<\/strong> com a tal no hi ha cap millora social i el que estan disposats a parlar a aquest respecte del plantejat per la part social \u00e9s molt, per\u00f2 que molt limitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019altra banda, aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, situen tot un ventall de q\u00fcestions a tractar, com ara, la jornada irregular, la introducci\u00f3 de la regulaci\u00f3 de les hores complement\u00e0ries, l\u2019ampliaci\u00f3 de la contractaci\u00f3 eventual per circumst\u00e0ncies de la producci\u00f3,&nbsp; etc. que, segons el nostre parer, lluny de millorar el sector, pot contribuir a <strong>augmentar la seva precaritzaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Fins i tot, emparant-se en l\u2019absentisme, arriben a proposar la limitaci\u00f3 del cobrament del complement d\u2019Incapacitat Temporal. Tamb\u00e9 ens han proposat canvis en els perfils professionals que culminarien\u2026 el 2026! En resum, tenim una<strong> proposta patronal molt desequilibrada<\/strong> d\u2019interessos de part, molt lluny del que CCOO volem pels treballadors i les treballadores del sector. No anem b\u00e9!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalment, la part sindical vam demanar que la pr\u00f2xima comissi\u00f3 negociadora tornem a parlar de <strong>taules salarials pel 2023<\/strong>. Com sabeu, l\u2019acord salarial a qu\u00e8 vam arribar l\u2019any passat recollia uns increments susceptibles de ser millorats. L\u2019IPC desbocat del 10% fa necess\u00e0ria aquesta revisi\u00f3. Us informem que, per aquest mateix motiu, dem\u00e0 3 de novembre, farem una manifestaci\u00f3 multitudin\u00e0ria amb car\u00e0cter general a Madrid.
