En l\u2019\u00faltima reuni\u00f3 amb les patronals, i&nbsp;<strong style=\"border: 0px;font-family: inherit;font-style: inherit;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;vertical-align: baseline\">despr\u00e9s de \u201cm\u00e9s de 1.100 dies negociant\u201d el nou conveni&nbsp;<\/strong>-el tercer-, que&nbsp;<strong style=\"border: 0px;font-family: inherit;font-style: inherit;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;vertical-align: baseline\">afecta m\u00e9s de 25.000 persones<\/strong>, l\u2019oferta empresarial va ser, a m\u00e9s de la congelaci\u00f3 dels sous durant quatre anys, un increment del 0,5% a partir de gener de 2015 i&nbsp;<strong style=\"border: 0px;font-family: inherit;font-style: inherit;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;vertical-align: baseline\">la p\u00e8rdua de l\u2019IPC catal\u00e0&nbsp;<\/strong>\u201ccom a element de refer\u00e8ncia per a l\u2019actualitzaci\u00f3 anual dels salaris\u201d. Unes propostes que han tingut com a reacci\u00f3 la convocat\u00f2ria de mobilitzacions com a mesura de pressi\u00f3 per assolir&nbsp;<strong style=\"border: 0px;font-family: inherit;font-style: inherit;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;vertical-align: baseline\">un acord \u201cque no estigui basat \u00fanicament en els esfor\u00e7os de la classe treballadora\u201d.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"border: 0px;clear: both;color: #666666;font-family: inherit;font-size: 13px;font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;line-height: 20px;margin-bottom: 12px;padding: 0px;text-align: justify;vertical-align: baseline\">Les aturades de 15 minuts previstes per als dies 6 i 13 de febrer es repetiran en diverses franges:<strong style=\"border: 0px;font-family: inherit;font-style: inherit;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;vertical-align: baseline\">&nbsp;de 8.15 a 8.30 h, d\u201911.15 a 11.30 h, de 13.15 a 13.30 h, de 17.15 a 17.30 h i de 18.15 a 18.30 h.<\/strong>&nbsp;Si res no canvia,&nbsp;<strong style=\"border: 0px;font-family: inherit;font-style: inherit;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;vertical-align: baseline\">el 20 de febrer es reprendran les accions a la pla\u00e7a de Sant Jaume<\/strong>, on un grup d\u2019empleats pensa apassar-hi la nit. I&nbsp;<strong style=\"border: 0px;font-family: inherit;font-style: inherit;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;vertical-align: baseline\">per al 6 de mar\u00e7 s\u2019ha convocat una vaga general de 24 hores.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"border: 0px;clear: both;color: #666666;font-family: inherit;font-size: 13px;font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;line-height: 20px;margin-bottom: 12px;padding: 0px;text-align: justify;vertical-align: baseline\">Segons els representants dels treballadors\/es, les patronals \u201cestan jugant amb foc\u201d i lamenten que s\u2019hagin tancat en banda quan, asseguren, ells han estat \u201cflexibles en la negociaci\u00f3, ajornant la inclusi\u00f3 de nous drets sociolaborals o la revisi\u00f3 d\u2019alguns ja existents\u201d.
