El passat dijous 12 de febrer, <\/span><\/b>des de la \u201cSecci\u00f3 Sindical de CCOO de 7 i Tria\u201d vam convocar una assemblea informativa i participativa, oberta a les treballadores i treballadors d\u2019Hostaleria, <\/span><\/b>a la seu de CCOO (Via Laietana n\u00ba 16, 4\u00aa planta, sala 46),<\/span> amb el seg\u00fcent ordre del dia:<\/span><\/div>\n
*L\u2019empresa 7 i Tria imposa el canvi de conveni d’aplicaci\u00f3 a tot el personal vinculat al \u201cConveni d’Hostaleria\u201d, volent  passar tot el personal afectat al \u201cConveni de Col\u00b7lectivitats\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
*Recurs al TLC per part de la Secci\u00f3 Sindical de CCOO i situaci\u00f3 actual.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
*Torn obert i participatiu de propostes.<\/span><\/div>\n

Amb l\u2019assist\u00e8ncia de diverses treballadores del sector d\u2019Hostaleria, d\u2019escoles de Barcelona i del Baix Llobregat, vam donar explicaci\u00f3 de tots aquests punts esmentats amb anterioritat, quedant clares les propostes que aporta la Patronal del sector.<\/span><\/div>\n
Seguidament, vam presentar les nostres propostes i vam donar resposta a tots els dubtes que aquells punts van generar. Tot el personal assistent a l\u2019assemblea va posar de manifest el seu total rebuig al canvi de conveni d\u2019Hostaleria a Col\u00b7lectivitats.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/a>Per \u00faltim vam explicar que, el proper dimarts dia 17 de febrer tindrem una altra reuni\u00f3 amb l\u2019empresa, on la \u201cSecci\u00f3 Sindical de CCOO de 7 i Tria\u201d presentarem les nostres propostes al respecte d\u2019aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3 amb total voluntat negociadora, per tal d\u2019arribar a un acord.<\/b><\/p>\n

Des de CCOO tenim molt clar que els drets o es lluiten o es perden<\/span><\/b>. <\/span>Per aix\u00f2, continuarem treballant amb responsabilitat, com hem fet i fem sempre, defensant els drets de totes i tots els treballadors\/es de la nostra empresa.<\/span><\/div>\n
