(<\/span><\/b><b><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">\u201cDiari Oficial de la Generalitat de Catalunya\u201d)<span style=\"background: white\"> el \u201c3r Conveni <\/span>Col\u00b7lectiu del Sector del <span style=\"background: white\">Lleure Educatiu i Sociocultural de Catalunya\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/b><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"background: white;font-size: 12.0pt\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background: white;line-height: 13.65pt;margin-bottom: 15.0pt;text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"background: white;margin-bottom: 15pt;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Les <b>entitats signants del conveni<\/b> s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background: white;margin-bottom: 15pt;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">*Per la banda sindical, CCOO i UGT.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background: white;margin-bottom: 6pt;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">*Per la banda patronal, l&#8217;ACCAC, la Confederaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;Acellec.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"background: white;line-height: 13.65pt;margin-bottom: parts han pactat <b>un increment salarial del 0,5% a partir del setembre de 2014, un altre 0,5% a partir de gener de 2015 i una tercera puja, tamb\u00e9 del 0,5%, el setembre de 2016.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"background: white;font-size: 12.0pt\"><\/span><\/div>\n<p><a name='more'><\/a>La publicaci\u00f3 del \u201c3r Conveni <span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Col\u00b7lectiu del Sector del <span style=\"background: white\">Lleure Educatiu i Sociocultural de Catalunya\u201d provoca diverses <b>conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies<\/b>, que tot seguit volem repassar amb totes i tots vosaltres:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"background: white;font-size: 12.0pt\">*Ja est\u00e0 plenament <b>en vigor<\/b>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"background: white;font-size: 12.0pt\">*<b>\u00c9s <\/b><\/span><b><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">d&#8217;obligat compliment<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\"> a partir del divendres 10 de juliol de 2015, i amb efectes retroactius pel que fa a les taules salarials des de setembre de 2014.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">*Les empreses i entitats tenen un <b>termini de 2 mesos<\/b> a partir d&#8217;aquesta data <b>per abonar als seus treballadors\/es la difer\u00e8ncia entre els salaris pagats i els increments fixats a partir de setembre de 2014 i gener de 2015<\/b>. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">*Tots\/es els\/les<b> treballadors\/es que estigueu en actiu durant els mesos de juliol i agost<\/b> (casals d&#8217;estiu, cases de&nbsp;col\u00f2nies, centres&nbsp;c\u00edvics, ludoteques,&#8230;) heu de
