Per aquest motiu el passat dia&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\", arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">31 d&#8217;octubre de 2017, CCOO vam denunciar el Tercer Conveni de Lleure Educatiu i Sociocultural&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\", arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">de Catalunya.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un proc\u00e9s participatiu en el qual tothom que ha volgut ha tingut la possibilitat de fer&nbsp;<\/span><span>propostes i donar la seva opini\u00f3 sobre les propostes que hem presentat des de CCOO de millora&nbsp;<\/span><span>pel nostre conveni. Aquestes s\u00f3n algunes d&#8217;elles:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><a name='more'><\/a><\/div>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #666666;, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif;font-size: 12px;font-weight: normal;margin: 0px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\", arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: red\">PROPOSTES DE CCOO<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<div style=\"color: #666666;font-family: arial, Helvetica, san-serif;font-size: 12px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\", arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: red\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>\u2022 Podem plantejar un conveni a 4 anys sempre que les condicions&nbsp;<\/span><span>econ\u00f2miques finalment pactades justifiquin un conveni de llarga&nbsp;<\/span><span>durada.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>\u2022 Plantegem dotar a la comissi\u00f3 parit\u00e0ria del Conveni de funcions&nbsp;<\/span><span>de vigil\u00e0ncia de la contractaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica. Control dels plecs de&nbsp;<\/span><span>condicions per minimitzar el risc d\u2019intrusisme, per detectar possi<\/span><span>bles cl\u00e0usules que vulnerin el conveni, &#8230;<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022 Regulaci\u00f3 dels trasllats a altres localitats sense canvi de domicili.<\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022 Proposta de desenvolupar la classificaci\u00f3 de categories del conveni.<\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022 Millora de les retribucions dels contractes formatius al 100% del salari.<\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>\u2022 Redefinir els sup\u00f2sits del contracte d\u2019obra o servei determinat, per tal d\u2019acabar amb els contractes&nbsp;<\/span><span>en frau de llei.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022 Revisar la redacci\u00f3 dels complements de descans intersetmanal i festius i disponibilitat.<\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022 Dimensionar el complement de Cap de cuina en funci\u00f3 dels men\u00fas i no pas dels usuaris.<\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>\u2022 Establir complements personals per idiomes, llenguatge de signes, complement de nocturnitat,&nbsp;<\/span><span>Plus festiu.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022 Plantegem la recuperaci\u00f3 de poder adquisitiu mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019establiment d\u2019una cl\u00e0usula de<\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">revisi\u00f3 salarial.<\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022 Increments salarials del 3% per cada any de vig\u00e8ncia del conveni atenent a la p\u00e8rdua de<\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">poder adquisitiu acumulada durant els anys anteriors.
